Leo Basaldua!
Leo Basaldua has been in the real estate industry since 2018. He started his career after joining the United States Marine corps at 17 years old. He began his career through the traditional route of real estate and soon came to realize that wasn't the path he wanted to take. After taking the initiative and dedicating his full time to real estate, he went broke and lost everything he had. Fast forward to the end of 2018, Leo gained knowledge of the house flipping industry in which he later transitioned into full time. Since then, Leo has flipped 500+ real estate contracts to date and has a real estate company with the youngest team in southern California. His passion is to inspire, build, and teach other individuals to take control of their lives and reach financial freedom. Doing so he created Up Next Entrepreneurs, a platform for real estate entrepreneurs that teaches all aspects of real estate.
